What is reflexology:

The goal of reflexology is to re-educate and re-condition the nerves so that the body can heal itself by using this self-correcting system.
Reflexology, by stimulating various reflex points on the feet, can help unblock the energy in these 7000 nerve endings, so creating a relaxation in the muscles throughout the body.
It treats the feet as a microcosm of the entire body, based on the theory that there are reflex zones in the feet, which correspond to all the glands, organs and systems of the body.

Reflexology treatments at work:
Employee lies on massage couch or sits in a suitable chair, allowing the therapist to work directly on the soles of their feet. A small amount of oil is massaged into the feet.
On-off thumb and finger pressure is applied to specific reflex zones which correspond with varying organs in the body. Treatment lasts for 30 minutes or can be adapted to suit the needs of the company. The individual's entire body is de-stressed and re-energized, not just the feet
